Avoid Avoid AvoidThe company gives copy and paste answers to disputes and does not give any genuine responses to issues raised. One of the two products arrived damaged and the company has just given a copy and paste review constantly, totally ignoring the issue. There is no way of knowing what or where a return can be made but they just ignore any issues and say they will pass on to the relevant department and then you don't hear anything back. Have had the exact same response to an email 3 times!

The lights are great but you need two

The lights are great but you need two, they last about 90 mins constant use and take a few hours to charge up again, I have one in use and one charging, you forget you are wearing it and the work area perfectly illuminated, the storage cases are also good but time will tell on the zip quality.

Poor customer service. Ordered one for Xmas but it is just sitting and not moving in China. I have emailed customer services and sent a message on Instagram but I have been ignored.

Luxe Lite head torch

Good spread of light and the spots are handy for focus. The auto on off feature is handy but can also be annoying if you catch the sensor scan envelope when putting your hand down but you soon learn not to. I useful and good torch
