SCAMMERS !!! Where are the zero or minus ratings?This cowboy outfit clearly know what they are doing.People are unwittingly somehow, beyond my comprehension how exactly, end up 'signing up' to a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION of £8.99. Am still asking myself what that is even for.Their bog standard response shows clear disregard to these complaints & requests for refunds.They are the definition of a scam!

This company is a SCAM, so positive reviews will have been written by themselves.When you buy from Luxplus FROM THAT POINT the company will automatically take £8.99 from your credit card, but this WILL NOT BE OBVIOUS at the point of sale.Beware of this unscrupulous company.

I bought something for my daughter at Xmas from them through Klarna and kept paying £8.99 for 3 month then it dawned on me I’d already paid outright so after speaking to Klarna and going through Luxplus website it turns out they’d signed me up to a membership for £8.99 a month that I’d never agreed to or wanted I’m fuming that there allowed to do this.
This is fraud.. I ordered once from this company and they already took 2 times €8,95 from bank account without any notice. They said this is member ship fee per month. Are you Crazy???? Who wants to be member to pay €8,95 per month??? Probably they mentioned somewhere very small letter.. and I cannot even cancel it. They sent the link to cancel the member ship, but I cannot even open. This company is totally fraud.. anybody knows where I can claim for this company?
