I ordered 1 item off this site and somehow ended up paying monthly for a subscription I didn't even know I had. I have been paying it for months and only by accident realised today. £8.99 a month for months beware!!! Note the response below. This is not made clear on the website at the time of ordering nor did I get any communication confirming membership set up! Buyer beware of using this company!
shady business with HIDDEN CHARGES, unknowingly subscribed to the website and then charged 8.99 GBP after 14 days, They made sure that they give 14 days for free and set the cancellation period to 14 days as well so that you are not aware of the subscription and when you are charged after 14 days, you cannot cancel it. simply RIDICULOUS!, avoid this at all cost please !!Hidden charges everywhere !!!
I bought one item after that they take my bank £8,99 I never even signed membership and I contact them I sent several emails they never even answered me. They are just scammer. Please dont buy anything from them. Really scammer. Asked them refund they don’t answer. I report fraud and scam.
Where are the zero or minus ratings?This cowboy outfit clearly know what they are doing.People are unwittingly somehow, beyond my comprehension how exactly, end up 'signing up' to a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION of £8.99. Am still asking myself what that is even for.Their bog standard response shows clear disregard to these complaints & requests for refunds.They are the definition of a scam!My bank is dealing with the dispute now.I am contacting the trades people & the police.Everyone should be aware of this. If you make 1 off purchase, that you get signed up to their cr*p monthly subscription. Nobody would be aware of this as the wording is not obvious & it is simply a con.Their products are hopeless too, by the way.With so many bad ratings, how are they allowed to continue to operate & con unwitting people?????I demand that they get shut down, the fraudsters that they are.Do not bother with your bog standard auto response, you cowards..
I would urge anyone to avoid this company at all costs! They are both dishonest and duplicitous, they claim to fully explain to you that you are about to be charged £9 a month for a membership that you didn’t ask for in the first place! I placed only one order with them and no way was this membership scam explained to me had it been I would have cancelled the order, after having discovered I’ve paid almost £40 in fees that I had not signed up for they refused to refund me! I’m a pensioner and believe me I can ill afford this! I can only describe them as legal scammers, please be very careful if you do decide to order with them!
