For an initial saving, you'll actually end up paying over treble the cost of the basic price. Plus, you'll get no a single email notification of this subscription. It's a terrible scam. Avoid at all costs.
It wasn’t made clear at all that I was subscribing to £8.99 per month when buying one product. The website us not accepting email or password to allow me to cancel. This is a total con do not join. Lux plus use you see this please cancel my membership as the website us saying it no longer exists
They take your money without sending anything.I have placed an order 2 month ago and it never arrived. There is no customer service, they only have a repetitive chat box that submits tickets. I have been contacted after 10 days via email after submitting numerous tickets to ask for a refund.I still have not received my refund after 2 months and I never received the order.Wouldn’t recommend.
I always buy woolite as i hate scratchy clothes but it is expensive. Price on here was too good to be true. So I checked here but honestly it could not be more obvious its a subscription if they rang you up and told you. Just to be sure I used paypal and blocked subscriptions. But cancel membership is on the front page. Super easy. I don't think I buy enough to make membership worth it but I would definitely pay a month's membership when I place an order.
Bought 6 items in January, they where for my mum, they never arrived and the communication process is way too long asking you to fill out a form. Avoid buying from that website, I regretted it! Too much time wasted on them and they don't even re - emburse you from wasting your time, and they expect you to do all the investigation work.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
