I am a regular customer of Luxreaders. I have always had great experience with their products and as they are so reasonably priced I have been brave enough to give different styles a try. They deliver to the UK in a few days and I am so happy to use them.
Received 3 pairs of glasses but 2 were faulty and didn’t sit straight on my head. Have tried multiple routes to exchange or return but the after service is non existent. 2 weeks in and not a single response. Reading other reviews it does feel a bit scamish, in that they are happy to take your money but not honour addressing any problems with your order by communicating. Will be raising a case with my bank to start an investigation as paid by CC.
AVOID THIS BRAND. I am yet to get the glasses purchased from LuxReaders. I made the purchase 10 days ago and nothing has been shipped to either PostNord or RoyalMail. Despite repeated attempts to contact LuxReaders there is no response, only the less than helpful BOT on the website.I am unable to cancel the order and can only now wait until the glasses may or may not arrive. Considering they are being dispatched from Denmark I am less than hopeful of getting them within the next week. I can only return the glasses and seek a refund once I have received them. I am highly doubtful that they will be supportive of this process and no doubt I will be stuck with glasses I no longer want.I am sad that I didn't read the other reviews on here before making the purchase.

These businesses focus to a large extent on low prices, high margins and preferably a high frequency of repurchases when customers' vision has to be corrected. The result is bad and ugly reading glasses in poor quality. We want to change that!
