I has been looking for some new reading glasses and ordered three from Luxreaders. The order was dispatched quickly and arrived very soon after. No complaints there.When I unpacked the glasses one by one I was delighted with the quality feel of the frames and the lenses looked excellent too. Unfortunately, each of the frames was bent, leaving the temples completely misaligned. I couldn’t wear two of them because they were so bad. The third was better but not good enough.I have returned them but I am still waiting for the refund (it’s only been a couple of days since posting). Will I give this company another chance? I highly doubt that. After this experience I think there is a severe problem with quality control.
I love my Luxreaders glasses! The unique design and light yellow colour caught my eye, and the price made it worth the gamble. Luckily, they suit me perfectly. They're stylish, light, and stay in place all day. Shipping from Denmark to the UK was just as fast as buying online locally. If you find a pair you like, go for it—the quality is excellent!

We’ve many years of experience from the optical industry and have therefore closely monitored how the market for reading glasses is largely driven by gas stations, supermarkets and the like. These businesses focus to a large extent on low prices, high margins and preferably a high frequency of repurchases when customers' vision has to be corrected. The result is bad and ugly reading glasses in poor quality. We want to change that!
