I ordered a pair of glasses from Lux Readers over six working days ago, but I still haven’t received them. According to the tracking information, Royal Mail has the package and was supposed to deliver on Saturday , but when I contacted them, they said they aren’t sure when it will be delivered and advised me to reach out to Lux Readers.The challenge is that Lux Readers doesn’t have a direct contact number, and their website only offers an automated system where you fill out a form, expecting a response. I’ve done this twice in two days but haven’t heard back yet.I understand that delays can happen, but better communication and customer support would make a big difference!
Ordered a pair of blue light glasses. Wasn’t 100% happy as they were slightly wonky. I emailed to express my concern and early the next morning I had a very fast response. Very understanding and fixed the issue immediately with no questions. The glasses are high quality and work really well too! There was a bit of a hiccup with the first pair of glasses (which is likely to happen with glasses as they are so fragile) but customer service, packaging of the glasses and the quality of the glasses over rule that! Would highly recommend! Thank you !
This company is an absolute joke. They took my money IMMEDIATELY, but when it comes to actually delivering the product? NOTHING. No updates, no tracking, just silence. TOTAL SCAM.Tried reaching out to their so-called “support”—what a disaster. No response, no help, just auto-replies and ghosting. It’s like they took my money and disappeared into thin air. Fraudulent and unprofessional.If you enjoy being ripped off and treated like garbage, by all means, order from Luxreaders. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY.I will be reporting them for fraud and advising everyone I know to steer clear.
Fast delivery and as Luxreaders used Royal Mail the postman handed the parcels to me. They weren’t left in the rain or thrown at the front door. I purchased a number of pairs of both reading and sunglasses as the quality is excellent; styles and price is compelling!
