Review Time
I've been waiting over 9 weeks for a refund of €29.80 due to an overcharge (I was charged three times for one bundle). I contacted customer service, but all I received were the same automated responses repeatedly. Recently, I was told that my bundle expired, so they can't process the refund... it seems like there are some inept people working there. I do not recommend this network to anyone new, as the signal is unreliable in many areas (you will have to pay for 5G, while some networks offer it for free). This is the worst network ever. UPDATE: My issue is still unresolved; I'm still waiting.
I had a SIM swap facilitated by a representative who was very polite and patient, taking the time to guide me through the process. I truly appreciate her professionalism and assistance. I usually don't leave reviews, but she was exceptional.
My service mysteriously stopped working in mid January. I have been trying to contact Lycamobile since then---the only responses I have been getting are LLM slop from a completely incompetent customer service agent named Hassan Bellati. I still do not have service more than two months later. Mein Dienst funktionierte Mitte Januar auf mysteriöse Weise nicht mehr. Seitdem versuche ich, Lycamobile zu kontaktieren – die einzigen Antworten, die ich bekomme, sind unsinniges Geschwätz von einem völlig inkompetenten Kundendienstmitarbeiter namens Hassan Bellati. Mehr als zwei Monate später habe ich immer noch keinen Dienst.
I am with lycamobile for the last 12 years with good experience but after they moved into Vodafone network weekly 2 times, my sim stopped working and it shows sim is not registered to the network so when I called the customer service they asked me to buy a new sim and they asked me to transfer the old no to this new sim and I did everything as per their request and still it shows the sim is not registered to network.I am working in customer service and I need my mobile access for 24 hours and now no one can contact me from my work.They gave me the ticket no 104476186 and asking me to wait another 72 hours.I do need my mobile access for my bank transactions.Will be waiting for 1 more day and if nothing happens then will move from Lycamobile and will suggest everyone to move out from this network.Updated Review:After making a call to a customer service today they fixed my issue.Thank you very much
I called about 20 times, the answer machines asks you to press 9 to speak to someone, but it goes nowhere and after all that nonsense you get a "Good bye" . I CANT NOT EVEN FIND OUT MY PHONE NUMBER because the steps they tell you with pressing numbers to get your number doesnt work either. DO not get this simcard...
