Thank you.Hi,I have been using my Lycamobile sim card for almost 2 years now didn't have so much problems. But here I am again going to ask about my Lycamobile sim card. I just went abroad last week and I used my roaming data. Everything is perfect but when I was back in Austria I didn't have the signal for 2 days already. I tried to restart my phone, go to the Lycamobile application to set it up in Austria then restarted again, Changed my phone, manually changed my network. Is there anyone who can help me? Thanks in advance!!MJ

Really bad internet speed in the evening

I live in Austria and been with Lycamobile for a while now. Internet speed is great during the day, but in the evening it's terribly slow. While at home I always use Wi-Fi but whenever I'm out or away it's a nightmare. For example, daytime download speed is 60 to 100 mbs but after 5 pm I'm lucky if I have 3 mbs, upload also very weak. I've tried different phones, same results. Don't know why the network works like that. Like many others, eventually I will end up porting my number.Kind regards,Julian
