My phone internet hasn't been working for the past 9 days since I left Austria despite having the EU Plus bundle and all I've heard is that it's with the technical team and will be fixed within 24 hours (it's now been 216 hours). No customer service agent has made any effort to actually fix this issue and I've received no updates and each time I contact someone about it they are just as useless as the last person and just give me the same story, I've already one data package expire and no doubt my other will as well without compensation for their failures.If it was possible to give 0 stars I would because this is beyond a joke now. I've explained that I'm traveling to and around Portugal and need my internet for navigation and booking accommodation yet still no urgency to resolve the issue so I'm still stuck trying to find cafes with internet to do the basic thing... never mind the fact that I probably can't contact emergency services if the is an accident.Update: I've just waited another hour speaking with one of their agents and still no progress. Just been told to wait another 24 hours after waiting over 300 hours already. If anyone can suggest legal counsel to help deal with negligent phone companies please feel free to contact me.
I prepaid 12 months for the National L deal. Well Lycamobile mentions nowhere that the promised Unlimited local calls does not include business phone numbers. So if you are trying to call your bank or any other business number you won't be able to do so, unless you purchase even more credit which of course makes the deal an absolute joke. Of course I can not get my money back from Lycamobile now, and I have to find another provider that allows me to call any local number, not just private numbers. I hope this crucial information helps you to chose a better provider.Still up until right now Lycamobile Austria site states that the National L Bundle includes Unlimited National Minutes. It should state Unlimited National Minutes to certain phone numbers, namely private numbers only. Very misleading sales technic. Why would anybody knowingly buy into this package when they will not be able to call their bank, doctor's office, or any other business number locally. When an interested customer clicks on the details on this bundle there is absolutely nothing about this. But do not listen to me, try it yourself. I will swallow this loss, but once the year is up these scammer will never see another penny from me. Buyers beware!
The support I have received from the Abderrahim Khadra is prompt and which contains detailed explanation, which really assisted me to purchase and activate the plan. Employees like him/her is a great asset to any organization and moreover it shows an organization's attitude towards the customers as well!Even though the support I received over E-mail was great, I was unable to reach to a CS executive over mobile even after holding the call over 15-30 mins. That was little disappointing!
