ID:30271Wrelie, support agent, was helpful and understood my issue. She helped us and resolve the problem.UPD: on the other hand, I'm not recommending the LycaMobile to anyone. The internet speed is slow and connection is weak; I even wasn't able to top-up my balance inside the Lyca app, it kept telling me that card is wrong (and I used three different bank cards from three banks). I wanted to transfer my number to another provider, and got the special code from support above, but apparently my number is registered for another person. How is that even possible? My advice – avoid LycaMobile and better get another mobile provider.
It's sad how the company meticulously builds its reputation year after year and then allows some reckless people to ruin in a blink. Being a big Lyca fan for more than 10 years, I tried and tried and tried to convey this simple message to them but, unfortunately, my contact person Shai happened to be one of such irresponsible cowboys. I had my third Lyca (after Irish and Belgian) dying over the course of the last 2 years. No other operators give such fragile SIMs but it's the Customer Care which sets Lyca apart. This ranges from non-existent to horrible. It has rarely been good but I can mention Logesh Jayabalan and Ranjan Maruthu Balasubramanian as being helpful. And, obviously, Shai as being rather unhelpful and utterly incompetent. My emails were circulated among various Lyca stakeholders including Mehdi Delaviz and Satheeshwaran Udhayakumar. Still, nobody seemed concerned with the fact that their silence reduces their own image to tatters.The main dates are logged below.12/09/2023 Customer Care decided to backtrack and said they can't do credit transfer as my old number finally expired12/09/2023 Online account finally disabled (This mobile number does not exist)06/09/2023 Online account still usable29/08/2023 Customer Care confirmed they started remaining credit transfer to another number13/07/2023 Issue raised with Customer Care (within the expiry timeframe)07/07/2023 SIM died14/05/2023 SIM last used successfully16/07/2016 SIM purchased
Hey peps :) today was amazing 👏 😍 I call the help desk and Mr Eduardo stays on the phone with me for nearly 30mins just to sort out my issues,was about my credits stuff and to activate my Internet etc...he was so helpful, very nice and respectful oh with lots of patience though 😀...he is such a lovely person and very professional I really appreciate...well thank you again Eduardo 😊 stay blessed 🙌 😇
