Contacted CS for assistance, ticket raised, informed about timeframe to resolve issue. Asked if a reactivation for a used data bundle is possible. Agent was very helpful and friendly, received the important and necessary SMS directly. I'm using Lyca for a long time now, German SIM 16 years, Portuguese SIM 2 years (before 1.5 years here).
There were an issue with the renewal of my bundle. Elishama Rodriguez was the agent who helped me.She was super nice and offered great assistance. Also, it was quite funny, already at the end of the chat, when she realized that we both spoke Spanish 🤣.Thank you so much for your help, very appreciated! ❤️
Me and my wife was so helpless and don't know how to get CVP. However, this is God's magic that I have found Michelle on the call. I have no words the way she solved our issues. I am in this BPO for a while holding very good position and I truly know and understand that Michelle should be picked up by the management and promoted.
