Same for me as well. I ordered a game console for my son on the 30.11.25. I have emailed twice just to get the same automated response basically telling me to be patient. I don't think I will ever receive this item. Shame I didn't see these reviews before. Hopefully more people will see reviews like mine and this company and there website will get closed down. What scum to scam parents trying to get nice presents for there kids.
Placed an order for game console on 11/29/25 and never recieved confirmation of any kind. Paid through Klarna and they gave me the order tracking number of 1026456813964267522. After reading all the complaints regarding consumers never receiving their paid items, I assume this is a scam and I got scammed too.
