I have order has been paid for but the items are not send. Every time I contact customer..at..alessntials.com, they send me an automated email with a tracking link, however I've been asking when they will send it and what the tracking number is. They have not processed the order or shipped it and I have no tracking number. Even when I request cancellation they still send me the automated email with tracking url with NO tracking number. I assume the money is stolen and this company is fraud.UPDATE: after below responce from vendor, I again got automated email.. STILL no package shipped OR tracking number.. still just NO humans on the other side of this...
I ordered a gaming system for about $69 December 10 2025 they sent me a receipt no tracking but a number ( alessntials-2065358) I sent a few emails to customer service nothing... I call this number an AI said couldn't find my item that I would get a call but still nothing so I have no clue what's going on then I read all of this and I'm starting to think this website is a scam this was a Christmas present and i still haven't heard anything received anything in almost 2 weeks from anyone at this company, I'm about to get my banks fraud department on this if I don't receive my item very soon....
Stay far far away from this company. No customer service at all. It took them 12 days in December just to ship the product and not even sure it will ever arrive. They got back to me after their response with same link that doesn’t work and said it’s being “processed”. I placed order 13 days ago. Stay far far far away from this scam.
Definitely a scam! Don't waste your money and time buying anything from this shady company. Ordered an item, received a suspicious email with no shipping or tracking details. The link in the email just takes you to their phony website. All emails have gone unanswered. Was reported to CC company as fraudulent.
