I ordered my console in mid-November and have yet to receive it. It's now December 19th, and I am very concerned. I worked hard to buy this gift for my grandsons. I kindly ask for either a refund or for the console to be sent soon. If it cannot arrive before Christmas, please just refund my money. Thank you.

It's been four weeks; I urge others not to buy from this seller, especially during the holiday season.
I ordered a game console through a social media platform and paid $68 via a financing service, but I never received any order confirmation. There was no information about when I would receive the product, and the seller's website seems to be down. Where is my game, and when will I get it? Made an order early December 2025. Never arrived. Order number untraceable from my end. Have receipt. Have sent numerous emails with all information they asked for. Just get the same automated response. No Xmas presents for my sons this year. Scammer alert!!
Ordered a gaming system for my son for Christmas. It was paid for on 12/14. The order number is 2234171 for $59.99. When I check tracking through their order tracking system it says there is no information on the order or the number is wrong. Although it has been only 5 days, the lack of information on the order has me worried.After reading the other reviews, I fear I have been scammed too. I should have known that the lack of delivery information at check out was a red flag.
