Review Time
I have ordered a jersey on January 9th. I received a confirmation email but no despatch email to date (17 days later now). Payment (€105) was taken immediately. Jersey is now out of stock on the site. I've written numerous emails asking why I have not received a despatch email and where is the jersey. They mentioned a closed warehouse for many days (no idea why) and advised I will receive a despatch email when despatched. So they are of no use in giving specific information related to my order. No responses to follow up emails. Phone line didn't answer when I called. Difficult to know why clubs are moving to Macron when the service is so poor.

Terrible! Ordered a Sale Sharks top and then noticed the sizing is very small compared to standard UK sizing! Tried calling 8 times plus 2 emails and a website form all within 24 hours of the purchase to get a bigger size.No response within the next two days before I finally spoke to someone who told me it was an Italian bank holiday on Friday so that’s why no one answered the phone! I’m now told even though the order has not been processed I cannot change or cancel the order because I didn’t contact them within 24 hours! They even had my dated email in front of them!They then refer to terms and conditions with absolutely no interest in customer care!Shocking company to deal with!

DO NOT BUY.....Absolutely scandalous. They advertise returns but in practice because customs charges are applied in Italy, they refuse any returns. I would have thought this must break some kind of trading standards regulations. Their customer support was of no help at all. I'm left with a £72 Rugby shirt I don't want for which I've paid an additional £27 in postage. So frustrated!

Bought a fab new RWC (Wales) Polo shirt...not cheap but had a little discount. Ordered small (am normally a medium) but I know how these things are often not anywhere near the correct size. Arrived and tried on, t'was like a tent on me (I'm quite muscley in the arms too!). Sent it back all packed beautifully (thanks Katie!) and had my refund ahead of time...BUT they only refunded the cost of the shirt, I had to pay THEIR postage AND mine to send it back. Very very poor. What a world we live in eh?
