Very bad experience with the Macron…

Very bad experience with the Macron online store. Seven weeks since I placed my order and I’m still waiting—communication has been poor and unhelpful, with no meaningful updates. Extremely disappointed. Never again.

Placed an order from the macron cardiff store , read the reviews after purchasing and was obviously sceptical But my personal experience was good , they did respond to emails and received item a couple of weeks after order

I don't recommend Macron!

Just horrible!!Ordered in July and waited more than 8 weeks.Ordered again in 4th of September and nothing till 09 October. I not recommend tham!They are taking people s money in 1st second and deliver when they want!

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company. No communication. Ordered a bundle kit for my son's college. All money taken. Items turn up a month later with 4 of the items missing from bundle. No explanation.
