Website doesn't work on android. Shop only open 10-4 Monday to Friday when people are at work. Staff never answer the phone no matter what time of day you call. No acknowledgement of orders placed via email or text. Macron charge £7.50 for delivery, not for next day but for 28 days delivery!!! Orders misplaced, Orders wrong, Personalisation incorrect, deliveries sent to billing address instead of delivery address as stated on invoice. It's hard to imagine a company so utterly, utterly incompetent, and yet here they are!

Despite having a Swiss website and the goods being priced in Swiss francs, the items are sent from outside Switzerland. Without any prior warning, I received a large bill for customs and fees from the delivery company three days after the item arrived (so I didn’t have any chance to refuse the delivery). Don’t use a Swiss web address if you aren’t actually operating from Switzerland as it is misleading for customers.

My son needs Macron gear as part of his kit for the rugby academy he's in. Ordering is easy via Macron Northampton online store, getting the items, less so. 'Allow 28 days' but the reality is when you chase after 28 days, only then do I think they consider progressing your order. In total, allow 6 weeks, which in todays marketplace is insane. So when I wanted to buy some more items for unbranded gear, I decided to order via the main Macron website and not the local one. That must be more organised, right? No.I ordered two pairs or bottoms, one drill top and a beanie. All of it quite expensive compared to Nike or Adidas, but as everything he has to wear is Macron I decided to order anyway. One week later, still no goods have arrived nor have I had any confirmation that my order was processed. I emailed them. No reply.After two more days I called. I was on hold for maybe 15 minutes then it just said 'Goodbye' and hung up! Even their automated telephone system is rude. I called back, this time it hung up after maybe 10 minutes!Another day passes... I call again and this time I get through. Pleasant enough Italian lady telling me "I'm sorry, seems to be an issue in the warehouse". She will escalate the concern and I should await an email. No email came. Then a few days later I get confirmation that my order has shipped! Hoorah.Email from DHL saying it will be delivered today! Okay, as long as I get my stuff, that's fine. Then I get ANOTHER email from DHL. Ooh, we can't deliver your gear until you PAY THE IMPORT CHARGES!!!!!WHAT?I have paid in GBP, no mention it's coming from Italy or wherever. But what should that matter - Adidas send from Germany and Nike from The Netherlands - never had a custom charge even since Brexit. But what can you expect from Macron - well it seems my £161.20 order now also has a £50.73 Customs Charge too! Are you nuts? Of course I've had to pay otherwise I get no goods, but you will NEVER get another penny from me again.
