should be zero stars or even better: minus!!! i ordered FC Basel shorts for my nephew for birthday. first of all they cost 2 CHF more online than here in CH (unfortunately they are sold out here, that’s why i made this very annoying experience with this order). the shipping costs are 21 CHF!!! an amount i never had to pay before. just to find out that DHL has the worst delivery update i have ever seen, it’s ridiculous! and then, on top, i have to pay additional fees and tax of 25 CHF!!! the main part of it was a fee of 19 CHF from DHL: what for, when i already paid the delivery??? when i want to cancel the order they keep the money to pay the delivery, tax and fees. great. i am not a fan of online shopping and this confirms it once again. BUT FOR SURE I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND ALSO NOT DELIVERED BY DHL!!!! here obviously 2 of the worst companies work together, perfect. to do it worse is nearly not possible 👎👎👎

I purchased a jacket from them and a week later they emailed me saying they don't have my size till July. I ordered this on the 1st of march. I emailed them back asking about stuff and I never got a email back from them. I recently rang them asking about my jacket and they said we have and will send it out by the end of the week and it's been a week later with no jacket, no email and no phone call to keep me updated. I won't be shopping with them again as I feel there customer service is very very poor

I purchased £138 worth of rugby clothing from Macron to be delivered to the UK. I then received word from DHL that my shipment would not be released until duties of £58 were paid. I believed as the prices were in £ Sterling and that the shipment would be sent from the UK and did not even consider duties may be incurred. When dealing with Macron you are dealing with an Italian company who despatch from Bologna Italy. Since the UK is no longer in the EU then tax duties and VAT apply. I have since looked at the terms and conditions and the fine print states that duties may be levied. I do however believe that Macron could be clearer about this during the buying process. PLEASE PURCHASE ANY MACRON MERCHANDISE IN THE UK TO AVOID TAX AND VAT
