If I could give zero I would not worth 1 star. All reviews are spot on, they are really really abysmal. Order has been 6 weeks now and still nothing but a response off the company. Even paid for next day delivery which was £7. Absolute joke shouldn’t be allowed to keep running a business. I don’t normally write a review but this has really annoyed me.

My little son's team has changed its sports brand to Macron. I do not question the quality of the clothes, but I want to talk about order management and delivery times. The order was generated on August 19 and we are still waiting for the shipment of the products to be formalized. Customer service is unfortunate, since they have no idea about the warehouse information. And the warehouse is releasing formalized orders dated after mine, meaning they do not have shipping management and stock allocation. If you have the option NOT to buy on this website and directly with them, do so,DO NOT buy on the direct website.

Ordered the exact same size PE kit that my son had last year. A youth size medium. Even checked the size chart! The same size is more like a men’s XL! The tshirt is like a dress on my son! No way of contacting this company. Phone line doesn’t work and no one responds to your emails! PayPal refund process states refund of £60odd when I paid close to £90 for the kit! Due to the additional fees/postage not being refundable! And then if I return I’ll likely be out of pocket another £30+ as the return is international! By the looks of the below feedback, I’ll also be lucky to even receive my refund! Either way I look at it only be hugely out of pocket! I can’t even re-order another size as I have no idea what size to order. It’s as though they just send anything out!!!

Within a few weeks of receiving my order, I spotted a quality issue. I took photos and emailed the store to ask for a resolution, they offered a full refund if I returned the order. I was after a replacement, as they are the only store I can buy my club’s garments from, but they said they needed it back to check. They emailed me back when they receive it denying there was any quality issues and they wouldn’t supply a replacement, only a refund, which they provided. Their tone was abrasive. I was also left confused at their response, as I originally sent photos of the garment. I would be happy to give them another chance as I want to support my football club, but would like to see a change in attitude. It would mean a lot adding a name to their email communications, as it upholds accountability. My football club, who have a contract with Macron, heavily rely on revenue from merchandise so I think they need to have a better understanding of this.
