Be aware that any orders from the Macron website for UK delivery will incur extra customs charges that aren’t included in the price paid to Macron. Even though you pay macron for shipping, these charges aren’t included. It seems that their products are shipped from Italy and I’m now disputing a £62 customs charge with DHL in addition to the £255 order I placed with Macron.
Absolutely awful try to avoid. Took 5 weeks to get my sons kit out for delivery and then returned to store as delivery people said they had tryed twice when they clearly hadn't. When finally collecting from the college the sizing is poor a small is even smaller than extra small and the sleeves very short. Quality is bad also just cannot be bothered with the hassle to send it back. My son will not wear it if he doesnt really have to.
Took close to two months to deliver a simple order of a football shirt (from their Cardiff store), although payment was taken at the point of order. It then arrived with the wrong number printed on it, which they are now refusing to replace. Very poor customer service. Reply to emails is discourteous (not even signed with a name) and poorly worded. Bad phone manners, accusing customers of lying.

Terrible service. I ordered my sons kit over 5 weeks ago, I’ve had no update. The order still says it’s processing. Nobody responds to the emails or the question service on the website and the phone rings out to voicemail every time. No point leaving a message because nobody monitors that either. Absolutely ridiculous. I am going to have to drive 40 minutes to the actual store just to find out what is going on. Defeats the whole point of the £5 postage on top of a £60 PE kit. Unfortunately my son has started school now without a kit. I’ve also had spend money on to buying a similar alternative so he isn’t left out at school. The school are chasing me and im trying to chase Macron with no success. Wished I’d have ordered through the school as these seemed to have come quicker

Be very aware that although Macron kit is distributed throughout the UK by local partners, this is an Italy based site. This means that goods are shipped from Italy and importantly that makes normal returns very difficult indeed. The Macron site is very limited in the information provided for 'normal' return process. I'd go as far as to suggest that they make it difficult to return goods for refund. Return costs are at the buyer's expense - in my case, £15 for return of two items to Italy. Goods will then be held up by Italian customs if returned, making the customer experience uncertain to say the least. I'm waiting for clearance of goods that I had to return, which I know is outside of Macron's control - but a hit and miss process that might leave me substantially out of pocket if the goods aren't received back for issue of the required refund. So, buyer beware - I'd recommend using a UK reseller for buying Macron kit.
