Would give 0 if I could. Ordered PE uniform for a Y7 in advance ( as the ridiculous school requires it branded), found out the child got to another school on the start day of term. I have already removed the tags, requested to send the uniform back as unused for anything ; partial refund, store credit, nice word. Point blank refused. As shit as it comes.

I have ordered sports uniforms from Macron 4 times now since this is what my child’s team uses. The ordering process is extremely difficult with sizing. 3 out of 4 orders came in the wrong size. When I placed an order for a kit over $300. It came in an adult size instead of children’s. The customer service was awful and they refused to refund or replace the items.
