Had a magical experience with Magandaexperience in Cataduanes. It was the perfect combination of surfing, yoga, seeing the beautiful nature of the island and girly vibes. I will always consider the people on that trip as my family 🩷 can recommend to anyone thinking about joining - especially solo travelers. I felt so natural and welcomed, and as you experience a part of the Philippines that has little to no tourist it feels so much more special.
Traveling to the Philippines with this amazing women-led travel group was truly one of the most empowering and healing experiences of my life. I formed real connections with inspiring women from all corners of the world — we shared stories over local food, surfed everyday, and motivated to always PADDLE through life We felt safe, supported, and genuinely seen — something every woman deserves when she travels. Was amazing, met people from different countries and talk with each other about life, about a traveling alone like a woman and with the same interesting about travel and enjoying life was soo nice and peaceful. Was one of the best travel experiences that I have in my life, connecting with the nature and with incredible people with just good energy and a lot of happiness makes me connecting with myself too.
I think the experience was absolutely amazing! The location was stunning and the accommodation was perfect for the atmosphere and experience. Silvia made sure there were always activities available from volleyball games to painting and bracelet making. I created amazing bonds on the trip with the girls and am still keeping in contact and travelling with them. I did believe that Silvia was running the trip and would be there the whole time to help with answering questions and photography but they did have others helping her instead. I would absolutely go again on this trip and recommend to anyone I know!
Absolutely loved this experience !! One of the best decisions I have made. So many fun, beautiful and amazing memories made in a gorgeous part of the world. Was so fun to surf and was the perfect mix of freedom as well as planned activities to do. It is a small rural town with hardly any tourists and not 5 stars but honestly that made it more fun and they did try to prioritise our safety. Would highly recommend. I have made lifelong friends who I am currently travelling with again ! 🫶🏼💕
Silvia is a genius and one of the most genuine and kind people I have ever met. Her vision to change women’s lives through travel, courage, and friendship has come to life through the Maganda experience. It has truly opened my eyes to what I can do as a woman, and it has shown me the power of womanhood and connection. If your hesitant at all, I promise you, DO IT!! I was scared when I first started this journey, I even cried on the plane. But by the end of the trip, I was crying because I was leaving and because my life had been changed forever. This trip ultimately has helped me discovered what I want to do with my life, and I now plan to travel solo for as long as possible. This experience is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and I couldn’t recommend something more 🥰🥰
If you’re looking for a sign- do it!Silvia has organized an absolutely amazing trip for girls! This was my first solo trip, and I was super nervous. It ended up being the best thing I’ve done in my life! I made so many friends, many who I still talk to. And I had the most wholesome experience ever. Felt super connected to myself again, and I will definitely join future groups!
I had two of the most amazing weeks of my life — a truly authentic experience on a remote island with zero tourists. The team of surf instructors was incredible, and we had so much fun together. I absolutely loved learning to surf, going island hopping, playing beach volleyball, partying, and enjoying all the other activities.The group of girls I met was amazing — we bonded so quickly, and I’ve already planned to meet up with two of them soon in the Netherlands.This trip was right in the middle of my 3-month solo adventure, and it was without a doubt one of the biggest highlights. I truly couldn’t recommend it more!
This trip is a must! Don’t think to hard about it, just go! Really one of the best experiences I’ve had- completely immersed in nature! A 2 week trip consisting of Surfing, swimming, yoga, hiking, exploring, painting, laughing and making memories!! Thanks to all the girls who made this trip extra special! You will always hold such a big part in my heart!
