Review Time
I recently ordered an Apex Force on September 30, 2025, and was pleasantly surprised to receive it on October 29th. The delivery time was pretty decent. When I first started using the PC, it performed wonderfully—I was really happy with the speed and graphics. However, I did run into some quality issues that I didn't expect, especially for the price I paid. Unfortunately, I ended up shipping it back for repairs. Now, I’m stuck waiting again, which is frustrating. I have confidence they'll fix the problems, but still, it’s a hassle to deal with. I was surprised that the PC was sent out with these issues in the first place. Overall, while I love the performance when it works, it's a bit of a letdown to have to send it back. Which is why i had give maingear 4 out of 5 stars.
Truly a great product. I did a build with the Retro95 tower and it came together as a truly fantastic product. It's a top-of-the-line product with a quick turnaround. The biggest thing is their removal of bloatware. I have never seen a cleaner computer since the 90's, it's amazing to not have any garbage on the machine. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
I recently ordered and received a custom PC from MAINGEAR and the experience was overall very positive. The packaging was very well done and secured. Out of the box experience was very straight forward and included a brief custom guide for those who might need guidance. All parts are working as expected and I've not had any issues ~2weeks in.The only thing I'd suggest would be for the emailed receipt to explicitly include the parts list. With the order managed through Shop it was a bit unintuitive trying to see what the actual spec list was after purchase.
I recently received my MG-1 tailored to my specifications and could not be happier. When I first hooked everything up the system was overwhelmed by fan noise which was certainly irritating, but knowing the system had been through QC and system checks I was certain it had not left the facility this way. After calling the tech support folks the cause was easily diagnosed as a loose power connection which I was able to resolve. Since then all is well and I am very happy with the esthetics and performance of the build.
Pc is a absolute power house and beautiful to look at. Had a shaky start but man their customer service is top tier. They are in constant contact with trouble shooting and trying everything they can think of. They went above and beyond for me and i will definitely be recommending them to friends who need pc’s in the future 10/10 not 5/5 incredible. Thank you for everything. I bought the Rush case and its beautiful.
The Rig is beautiful! Runs everything super smooth. 0 issues. Best decision I have made in a long time. My job is demanding so getting a strong Rig is what you need. Highly recommend Maingear! I have owned a laptop from them as well for the last 5 years and it runs well still. Very strong reliable brand and they are the best in my opinion.
FedEx absolutely dropped the ball on delivering my pc but the guys at maingear made sure I was kept up to speed. Then with all the jostling around my pc didn’t work when I received it. Again, the guys at maingear talked me through reseating my ram and video card. 10/10 would purchase again!!
I’ve bought numerous PCs from PC integrators over the years, and incomplete builds, or builds that show up broken, are very common. Maingear is standing out from the crowd with their internal quality control. At least it seems that way to me. Their stuff arrives in solid condition, and they take extra measures to ensure it does. For example, they have a unique GPU bracket that’s attached to the case, preventing sagging and shipping damage. All their cables were also impeccably well-plugged in. It all just felt solid, if that makes sense. I’ll also mention they did not foist any bloatware or custom software upon me, and the windows install was ready-to-go out of the box. Again, a truly plug-and-play experience, which you would think would be industry standard, but sadly it is not. Cheers.

Laptop bricked and needed a new PC ASAP. Contacted Maingear who sent me a desktop system overnight, got it the next day. System is working great, they were prompt, sent a working system and were extremely responsive when I needed help. The only complaint I can think of is the ability to upgrade the desktop due to the size of the mobo location of the graphics card, doesn't leave enough room to add additional ram as it prevents the case fans from being installed. Easy work around was to buy different memory sticks.
