Review Time
This has been the most frustrating online shopping experience I've encountered. I placed an order on December 6, unaware of the 'pre-order' note in small print. I quickly made another purchase of an available item and contacted customer service to cancel the first order, as it wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. This is where the issues began. Customer service claimed they couldn't cancel the order after it was placed, even though it was a pre-order. After several emails, they finally acknowledged my request. Regarding the second order, I received tracking information on December 15, but it was stagnant. On December 24, I learned the package was returned due to a supposed incorrect address, which I've used for all my purchases. They asked for the correct address, but I opted for a refund instead. They responded that a refund wasn't possible until I received the package. Is this standard customer service? I haven’t received my order and they refuse to refund me.
I purchased three items and received a shipping email five days later. Ten days post-purchase, the transport status remains 'unknown.' The organization lacks communication and does not provide shipping updates. My advice: avoid purchasing here.
I ordered three bags on December 5, expecting them to arrive in time for Christmas. The order wasn’t processed until December 15, and as of December 22, it still hasn’t shipped. Very disappointed. Update: the bags finally arrived on December 24.
I would rate them zero stars if possible. I ordered and paid on November 25, aiming to support direct purchases rather than through larger platforms. They promised delivery between December 10-16, but as of December 18, there's still no sign of my items. The automated help bot is unhelpful, and their email responses are vague. Now, as I prepare for Christmas without two bags for my daughters, I am frustrated by their questionable business practices. One month later, and no one seems to be urgently addressing this issue.
UPDATE: After some communication and initially being denied a refund, the company eventually agreed to refund me after I shared my experience. I'm grateful for the resolution. However, I genuinely liked the bag and wanted to purchase another, but this experience has deterred me from returning. I swiftly returned the item, but I was informed of alleged damage that I did not observe. A 15% partial refund was offered, which was disappointing given the situation. I've noticed many reviews echo similar concerns.
