I’ve found Make.com to be a phenomenal automation workflow platform. It outshines Zapier in several key areas—most notably in pricing, flexibility, and depth of functionality. The pricing model is far more generous, especially for small businesses or freelancers who need power without burning their budget.Make.com offers an impressive library of pre-built integrations, covering everything from standard apps to niche services. On top of that, the built-in tools—like routers, iterators, data stores, and error handlers—make it possible to build highly complex workflows without writing a single line of code.Despite its power, it’s incredibly beginner-friendly. I work with non-technical clients who still want some control over their automation systems, and they love Make.com. The visual interface makes it easy to understand how data flows through each scenario, and the real-time execution logs are a lifesaver for troubleshooting.If you’re serious about automation and want both power and usability, Make.com is a no-brainer.

Terrible product

Terrible product. You build a workflow and test it and each time you run it, you utilise credits. Even contacting support costs you credits! When you utilise them all you need to upgrade to the most expensive plan, even if you've paid for the medium plan. I'm not even a business, I'm a single user building a simple workflow and ran out credits because I was learning how to use make.com. Complete con. Waste of my week spent building it as I can't go any further. Waste of £109

Every time you change your plan…

Every time you change your plan (upgrade/downgrade) they bill you. What a joke.This app is glitchy as hell, and their functions are far from simple to understand and missing so many obvious functionalities. Plus, their mapping instead of selection tool sucks.Look. I like the app, I use it religiously, but the customer support is what makes me never ever want to recommend this product. Shame on you guys.

Terrible support experience

If you are a beginner don’t waste your time with this software. It is another company that rely on useless AI support.After multiple attempts to get any response from support I only get warnings that they haven’t received any emails and going to close the ticket. I felt like I was communicating with the wall.Very sad to see how nice product is about to die due to terrible support.

Je recommande vraiment Make, simple a prendre en main, avec une interface drag and drop au top ! J'y ai trouvé toutes applis que je peux brancher les unes aux autres pour automatiser les actions entre elles (Google Drive, email, crm, chatgpt...).

Backstage Music Network Boca Raton Is a scam for music production. Once production started, Jackie the manager wouldnt allow me time with producer. We did make a couple of edits but once production was over and I paid $750,I was ghosted. Horrible experience with the manager Jackie. I will keep far away from that store!Im sure Jackie wil tell you how its all so untrue but believe me it was a horrible experience
