I have experienced one of the best customer supports, Make.com support helps you navigate on the site and they are willing to solve any operational or subscription related problems. Their services are excellent, easy to use, which enables you to let your creativity go and create extraordinary things you need in your company
coming from someone who has used BOTH zapier and pabbly, although the interface looks nice, it is IMPOSSSIBLE to get anything to work. I tried converting images to pdfs, even sending a damn email and ALWAYS get error messages even though the webhook successfully captures the data. "missing file url" - its LITERALLY RIGHT IN THE FIELD. What an absolute joke with user friendliness and a waste of time.
Make.com is a phenomenal platform but it is the people who make or break a business. As automation technology make.com has done a great job, but I'm not happy with the way I was treated by customer service lately.I think it is a great product but the support staff is not helpful at all. Being in business I know the importance of clients, you must adhere to customer satisfaction at all costs, after all why are you taking this survey and why does it matter to you if you don't walk the walk and talk the talk? I got email from Ramparkash B from customer service to my request for a refund of the service and he flat out said that it wasn't the policy of make.com to offer no refunds. I do have an issue with that on two fronts!1- There must always be option for refund requests, Im well within my right to request a refund if I don't think for whatever reason i change my mind about the service.2- There should be options offered to clients and not cold canned responses from customers service. I don't think my request was well entertained. Reason being I think I made a hasty decision to upgrade to 20K operation instead of 10,000 and later realized i didn't need the extra 10K operations. I basically asked them after less than 30 days. I cancelled my plan and asked them for a refund. To which make.com declined. I'm not happy about this.
Terrible platform and customer experience. I have been using Zapier for a while now and make.com is just a more complex and frustrating version of it. Customer service is of no help, I asked them several times for a simple issue and I was passed around and asked about what the issue was over and over again. Also, it requires to keep signing up and giving authorisation to the app every single time you make a new connection, which is extremely frustrating.
System stopped working after google password change and their support team cant fix it. They don't appear to understand how their system works as they are asking me to do entirely unrelated things with google (that didn't solve the issue). After many days of back and forth we are no closer to a solution than when we started.
Great platform that has recently started spiring out of control. Especially with customer service.Customer service simply does not respond, for days and in some cases weeks regardless of numerous follow up and tickets. Then 4-5 days later send you an email saying you have not responded to them and they close the ticket, even though I send you multiple emails asking for follow-up and let you know the issue is not being resolved.Marking this 1 star hoping somebody at make will see this and investigate. Your system is either not receiving messages from customers, or somebody in your Support team is intentionally not doing their job.
Very useful! One of those tools that I never knew I needed. There's a little of a learning curve with the flow I wanted to create, but the support was helpful.Cost is also low. Much better than other automation tools as there is a lot of customization available!
What can I say but thank you.. Your automations, particularly with webhooks which allow my team to do less with it being tied directly into Sazular for eCommerce notifications and printing labels. Glad I took the suggestion and made the move to make. THANK YOU!
