Review Time
Despite many negative reviews about this company, I've had a different experience. I've ordered from them previously and found a great selection of products, some of which are hard to find elsewhere. My items arrived well-packaged, which was important since they included bottles. I’m extremely satisfied and would recommend them based on my experience.
I checked the reviews before making my purchase and almost decided against it due to the low ratings. However, I figured I could only lose a small amount if it went wrong. Thankfully, everything went smoothly, and my order arrived just five days after placing it. No complaints here.
It has been 10 days since I placed my order, and I still have nothing. No updates, no proper communication, nothing.It shouldn’t take a genius to figure out that customers deserve to know where their orders are. Yet somehow this company can’t manage even the basics.I’m beyond frustrated at this point. If you can’t handle orders, say so. If there’s a delay, just tell people. It’s not that complicated.Right now, I have zero trust in this brand, and based on my experience, I strongly advise others to stay away until they learn how to run a functioning service.
After reading some of the other reviews on here I was a bit worried as to whether or not I would receive my order. However, I had no issues whatsoever. I placed my order on a Wednesday and it was with me by the following Monday. Communication from the seller was good throughout the process and the item was exactly as described (a shampoo that is really hard to get hold of in the UK). Obviously others have had problems with this company and I can only speak from my own experience, but I have no complaints at all.
I was satisfied with the product I bought, but unfortunately it broke. I wanted to buy a spare part for it, I asked for their help with that. After they were also convinced that the water flosser did not work, I sent it back and they refunded the full price within your promised limit. The customer service was excellent, they answered my questions even on Sunday afternoon. Except for the fact that the water flosser broke, which is not Makeup's fault, I was satisfied with their service.
