Review Time
So.. As I see completely mixed feedback here, I thought I will add from me. I do like to check trustpilot when ordering from new website for the first time and reviews here confused me a lot! I did order 3 x body oil from Orientana. They all arrived within few days, all well packed and good. No problems at all with my order. Hope this feedback will help those undecided if to use this page :) I could see that negative feedbacks are from other countries than UK - I an confirm - I am in UK and all was good :)
I placed an order for a foot cream, but Evri failed to deliver the parcel. At first, there was a notice about a delay, and later the delivery was cancelled altogether. Communication with them was excellent—they responded the very next day. I received a refund. I then placed a second order for a La-Le cream. The parcel was dispatched and, after a few days, was ready for collection at an Evri pickup point. I'm very satisfied. Thank you.
Big five star rating for Make Up UK . I ordered Clinique products on Monday 13th 2025 and received on Saturday 18th 2025.Original Clinique products in sealed boxes in perfect condition. Really good prices with no delivery charge . Very securely packaged and parcel arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely be using Make Up UK again 👍.
Just had my first order delivered after being a bit dubious after reading some reviews, but thought it was worth the risk with it being such reasonable prices compared to elsewhere. Would just like to say that goods are perfect, no fakes, and delivered without issue. Will be ordering again soon.
Waiting for over a week for perfume I ordered?!?! I think this company is a scam looking at other reviewsInitially received email regarding delivery. Tracking number on evri shows their still waiting for the orderI will contact my bank today *** This is an update to the 1* review I previously left. I called the company on Monday and spoke to a not overly helpful lady who said my parcel had possibly been lost by the courier and they’d wait to see then refund me. I contacted my bank who opened a case and refunded me. However, yesterday I got an email from Evri advising they had my parcel and it has just been delivered. The perfume is exactly what I ordered and at a brilliant price. But the stress of it all even for only £35 was probably not worth it, but I most definitely wasn’t scammed so I’m happy to take that back and very happy to have been wrong
