I ordered a Diptyque perfume Broach Refill and when the package arrived, the receipt stated that's what it was so obviously, I proceeded to open it. I've never ordered a refill for this before so didn't know what is was supposed to look like until I opened the box. Inside was a different product entirely. I wrote to them with pictures, of the receipt, and the product, and did everything they asked so they could assess the issue. They just keep telling me that now the product is open, they cannot take it back or give me a refund. There is no acknowledgement of the fact they supplied me with the wrong item which I could only know once I'd opened the product. They are thieving bast*rds, with no regard for customer service.
I’m not sure why this company has such bad reviews. I only read them after spending £50 on two tubes of hair colour and was stressed! But their communication was great & shipping was speedy. One of the only brands that sell Kevin Murphy hair colour which is great too. Ignore the bad reviews, I would definitely recommend!
Don’t order anything from them total scam. Order 200£ worth of items almost 20kg , wrapped parcel is just one layer paper tape and parcel opened from both side for poor packaging, half item missing and some of them damaged. Also, used a paper thin box. I sent back damaged items but when comes to refund so much drama, kept ignoring. Company office in Poland and items handle by evri uk, company has no control of anything total mess. Don’t waste your time to order anything. Worst experience ever :(((
Robbers. I bought a gel bottle with a broken pump and ineffective gel. I contacted them on the day of delivery and they asked for photos. After photos they asked for a video of the pump not working. Under UK trading law a consumer can demand a refund within 14 days even if they change their mind, never mind the product not working. Don’t buy anything from these snake-oil thieves.
I ordered foundation and stated the colour. They sent wrong colour l returned it without opening it the very same day. They have still not sent my refund after a month and when the email me back they just repeat that they are looking into it . I have had to take it further for them to be investigated for their bad conduct . Do not shop on their site they responded saying they had not got evidence of return but this is a total lie as l have got evidence that the package gs been returned. 0 stars !! Do not order from this site it is a scam!! I ordered a makeup advent calendar for my sister in laws birthday, never got any tracking information, I have benefit of douth and waited a few days still no delivery. I emailed numerous times never once got a reply !! Now when I click on my order its gone and saying page cannot be found!! I'm down 50 euro now thanks to these scammers !!
