Appalling companyI order 4 lipstick. 1 came damaged, I sent photo, box barcode . Ignored me until I raised a charge back with Bank. Since then they keep telling to send all back. Only one is faulty. Want me to pay to send it via EvriDo not order from appalling
One star is much much much more than they deserve. After being sent a item which is leaking.. and 85% leaked off to parcel, other items smashed, I asked for a replacement or refund. After more than a week dispute in emails, sending lot of proofs in photos, they have a pity to say that didn't see a problem! Instead of professional behavior, I got attitude you'd expect from a scammers! Shame on you!__________Editing after ridiculous company reply: I've sent so many photos of damaged product, wet box, product barcodes, and after all of that you still requesting more and more evidence..it's insane. Leeking was so big that I've tried to rescue my laptop and desk! instead of making stupid video. After sending all of proofs which you asking, after emails dispute with your crap company which took me month, and receiving ignorant answer that "we don't see any leakage" "we don't see any problem on photos". I decided to give up, because I'm not used to argue with stupid people. Luckily for me, it wasn't been big costs (around 15f)Don’t waste your time people. It's not worth your time, dealing with so crap and unprofessional company.
Potential buyers beware! Not sure if this is a scam but I placed a perfume order on 10 November 2024 (10 days ago). I received an initial confirmation, which seemed normal but gave no delivery date so one week later I sent them an email (to the email address given on the order confirmation) requesting to know the delivery date. No response has been received despite chasing again so I am now wondering if this is a bona fide merchant or just yet another scam operation. Either way, I would not recommend to anyone to deal with them and I now wish I hadn't.
I ordered a mascara. I never received any confirmation at all and I did request a confirmation by emailing them. My parcel did however turn up in good time, but it was the wrong one. I have filled out the form to request an exchange and have sent the email but no response at all. I just want to exchange my product. I would have put a good review but this has now changed my opinion on the website. Go to a genuine website and pay the extra as it’s not worth the hassle using a company like this that has poor customer service. I wonder if I’ll ever get a response to my emails.
Awful. Ordered my product over a week ago, tracking said they tried to deliver but it had a different delivery address to the order confirmation. Chased up a delivery date and was told by Victoria it could take up to a week for an update. I then asked for a refund and was told I had to send an email. Asked for a supervisor but they apparently don't have phones and to send an email. A very could not care less attitude !!!
Disappointingly slow delivery. It took over three weeks from ordering for the products to arrive. Courier was Evri who I don’t usually have an issue with but the delays seemed to be in getting the goods to the courier and then the courier taking an unusually long time to process. I had intended to gift my friend one of the products but the parcel arrived too late to give as a birthday gift and I had to purchase something else which was annoying. I don’t plan to order from them again
They said that their system doesn't recognise my post code, so they asked me to pick my order up from a parcel shop. Also, I am still waiting for their approval of my return request.. I've read some customer comments and I think that maybe it would be better to keep the item just in case they don't make a refund when I send the parcel back to them.
Don't usually leave reviews but felt that this comany needs some positive feedback from my experience. I ordered some aftershave on 24/10/24 tracking number was generated on the 25th and it's been successfuly delivered today. Had no problems whatsoever with ordering and receiving the parcel. I would definitely use MAKEUP again.Thanks 👍
