won't honor free shipping!

site offered 25% AND free shipping. but when I went to ship it charged me $13.48. So I tried the chat option--after and hour trying to get free shipping I was told they can't do anything about the shipping issue but offered me 10% discount. Which CAN'T be used WITH the original 25%discount so I'd pay MORE for my gift and still have to pay shipping. Not a great deal!!!!!!!!

Arrived as a birthday gift

My husband received the advent calendar for his birthday and we ended up throwing it away. We tasted two samples and they are not good at all. They are waxy and have a chemical tasted to them. By all means, we are not the most healthy eating people so for us to throw 90% of it away is not good.

This was a travesty

This was a travesty. The website specifically says there are 25 beef jerky bits in different flavors for the calendars I ordered. There are 9 jerky bites and 16 pork sticks! I specifically ordered the one that had no pork sticks listed as we don't eat pork (some of the calendars list pork sticks in contents) - there were only beef jerky listings included on website and yet we got a box full of pork sticks. False advertising and bad customer service.

Wow. What a great company. Their customer service is over the top. I ordered a gift for a friend that did not arrive on time due to UPS. Garrett at customer service was more than helpful and generous with taking care of my order and clarifying the situation. I highly recommend their company and their products for any special occasion or just because you love someone. Cheers shop locally

Don't waste your money here.

Just did the impossible puzzle box I got for xmas. It was a good concept but epic fail from start to finish. You couldn't solve the first 2 puzzles because there were incorrect wooden sticks. The scratch offs took the underlying text off. Solving to all and using the tool to unscrew the box left you with a box that was still glued shut and couldn't be open. And the end to a crappy experience, go to the website to and enter the code to "redeem a gift card from your choice of retailers" - there is no choice, there is only one available - Mortons - which is nowhere near me. I feel bad for my daughter who bought this for me that she wasted her hard earned money on it.

Awesome product & support only are their products are great…

Not only are their products are great and fun their support is beyond any support I've ever delt with. I had an issue with a dog chewing up the box, thankfully he couldn't get into the crate (not that he didn't try) but he did get the crowbar. I emailed asking to purchase a crowbar, they responded immediately, longer story short they worked with me. Awesome support!!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping with Man's Crate for the first time and was very impressed with their service. Although the website was a bit challenging to navigate, I was able to order a beautiful whiskey decanter and glasses as a birthday gift for my son. However, I regrettably made an error in selecting the monogramming option, as I misunderstood the difference between monogramming and initials.When I contacted customer service to explain the situation, I had the privilege of speaking with a gentleman named Garret. From the outset, Garret demonstrated exceptional kindness and understanding. I had anticipated a lengthy process or the need to return the product, but Garret exceeded my expectations. He graciously assured me that they would send a new set with the correct monogram and, to my astonishment, he even suggested that I keep the original set as a spare.The level of customer service I received was truly remarkable. There were no complications or inconveniences—only genuine kindness and a seamless experience. I cannot express enough gratitude to Garret and the entire team at Man's Crate. I will undoubtedly return as a loyal customer and highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality products and exceptional service. A special thank you to Garret for his exceptional assistance. Your helpfulness and kindness were truly commendable.

you don't sell replacment batteries. STUPID!

I just called your customer service to BUY a replacement batter for "Wooden RC car". .You don't sell batteries. WHY? I can't just go to the hardware for this, with all the special wires. this is really just stupid.Now I have a car I can't use, Thank you very much.

NASCAR bar ware crate

I purchased the NASCAR bar ware crate for a friend’s birthday. I selected Next Day Air for shipping. I never received a confirmation email after ordering. The next day I checked the status of my purchase. It was still being prepared. At that point I knew it wasn’t going to be delivered on time. My confidence level was zero. I called customer service and spoke to Garret. He was very kind and helpful. He told me if my package didn’t arrive in time the shipping charge would be refunded. Well the shipping was refunded and today I received another package, the Jerky Heart, apologizing to my friend about not having received his present in time. Thank you Man Crates!
