Review Time
Very disappointing!!!I purchased a smash and grab gift to surprise my son for his birthday. I paid for expediting shipping to ensure the gift was received in time. Needless to say It was NEVER delivered at all. each time I reached out to the company they were quick to put the blame on everyone but themselves. Bottom line they dropped the ball. Think twice before ordering from this company, you may or may not receive your order.
I ordered a surprise gift for a friend and sent it to them only to find out they'd moved! I contacted customer service and requested an address change... but it was to late. Again I contacted customer service and they were able to resolve the problem and send a replacement package to the correct address. My only comment is and it could be FedEx... order early!... both times the delivery was delayed by a day or two. Other than that I had a great experience and would totally recommend Man Crates to my friends and family.
I ordered a gift for my husband for his birthday, FedEx messed up and did not deliver my order…. So I emailed and texted Mancrates customer service. They responded in a timely manner and really tried to make my experience right and great with Mancrates. They sent me another package overnight. Although it was late for my husband’s birthday, we could not appreciate more. Really high 5 their service. Thank you. Also, beef jerky I bought for husband was amazing!!
If you are looking for fun gifts and spectacular service and assistance - this is the company you need to use. They can answer any question and get you on the right path to the right gift!! They make it really easy to do business!!!
I ordered the jerky man crate and some jerky on the side. First it didn’t get shipped together so one was left on the front porch with no who’s it from the other was on the side porch. 2nd there was mold in one of the bags of the jerky and in another was a floss pick. Do not order food from this company. I send and email with pictures and no reply. I spent over 200 on this gift for a coworker and how embarrassing.
It's truly unfortunate that I can't include pictures. The box arrived 4 days late, and so badly taped that it was actually opened. Inside the box was a smaller one completely wrapped in duct tape. I get it, man stuff, duct tape, stereotype, ok fine. Inside was the product as advertised, and as it's a gift for someone I can't open it further and taste it, but I certainly hope it tastes better than it was packed. Further more, I emailed once my package was late, and was sent a notification in return that the email address was not functional and my email was undeliverable. This was my first order with ManCrates, and so far, REALLY unimpressed.
Although my order never came, I reached out to Man Crates and "Hailey" immediately replied to assist. She completely understood and expedited my order. I just received and the quality is perfection.I'm giving Man Crates 5 Stars for the customer service, specifically "Hailey" as she made it happen fast.
