I bought these mats for my Honda Accord…

I bought these mats for my Honda Accord 2 years ago. I have had honda's floor mats and in my previous cars I had the maxpider 3d, weathertech and husky floor mats. I gave this company a shot because I loved the look and liked that they might have more protection. My issue is with the installation and fit. The passenger mat fits great but the drive side mat is terrible. It slides around a lot even with the clips and velcro. After 1 year, the driver side mat decide the tear from my foot pressure over time. The last straw was it started to curle and block the gas pedal. I tossed the driver mat after that. I purchased maxpider 3d mats and regret nothing. Love their mats much more than Manicci's. Terrible product and overpriced. Also, shipping takes ages (2+ months)

Products arrived, but only after third party intervention

On the 23rd of December, 2023 I placed an order for 2 sets of car mats (#45326) Fronts only for a Ford Focus at $365 and a full set for a BMW at $526. On the 30th of December I was emailed by Hardeep Gill the sales manager to clarify one of the models of my cars asking for some photos which I provided. On the 3rd of Janurary I received and email saying that my order was complete and included one tracking number. One package was delivered late Janurary and it only contained the front mats for the Ford Focus. I emailed Hardeep Gill on 25th Janurary asking for more information about the rest of my order and did not get a reply. I emailed again on 27th of Jan and 2nd of February to the email on their website and still have not gotten a reply. They will not answer the live chat line on their website, they will not answer their Text only line, they won't answer the multiple phone calls I have made. This "buisness" has cost me almost $500 dollars and apparently don't care about it. I wish I had seen the more recent feedback of this company over that last year as they seem to just be taking orders and not delivering. At this point they still won't return any correspondence. I implore any potential customers to avoid this company#UPDATE##I finally received a reply from Manicci a month later, after contacting Better Business Bureau for them to mediate, and the first thing they tell me is that my order was delivered according to their records. When I replied that no my order was only half delivered, they came back a day later saying that my other set for my BMW was back order and was now being delivered. No apologies, no, sorry we forgot half your order, the rest of it is on its way. In fact they tried to bribe me with a lifetime discount if I took this review down. So no I don't want a discount, and I'm leaving this up for other people to make up their own minds##UPDATE TO REPLY###No, we have not spoken via phone. I have all the email correspondence between us backing my post, you're hardly the ones to be accusing others of not being honest, don't try to gaslight your way out of this

Don’t waste your money.

Ordered my matts 40 days ago today. Still have not received them. Placed a stop payment on my credit card. I tried to leave a negative review on their website but you have to log into your account to post a review, guess what there is no way to create a login!!! This company is a scam and I plan to report them to the BBB. I wish there was an American company that produced matts like this.

Cheap material that looks and fits well.

They look and fit great. the material is weak, bought mine November 2022 and now September 2023 the already have wear holes. Not worth buying every year to me.

I was apprehensive about ordering floor mats again after ordering and receiving “ luxury custom mats” from Carmatscustoms.com that were poor quality and damaged, but I really wanted beautiful mats to protect my white carpet. I contacted Manicci via text and they actually also called me to discuss my particular needs. My vehicle has fully reclining back seats and floor air vents which can make fitting difficult. I wanted to be certain Manicci could make mats that fit well and were high quality. I’m very particular about my beautiful car. After sending photos of the interior of my vehicle, they assured me I would be happy, so I ordered the premium mats. I waited excitedly for about six weeks until they arrived. I had to be patient because they made them specifically for my vehicle then shipped them from outside the U.S. I installed the mats and waited a few days to absorb the new look. I am now loving the mats! They are of very nice quality and fit close to perfectly. I’m not sure they could fit better unless made by hand. For the price, I believe they are exceptional and add beauty to my vehicle. I recommend Manicci for your floor mat needs.

Updated experience - on another level

UPDATE - 8/16/23; They reach out to me via phone call and explain the reason for the delayed response, I took it for a good honest reason. They have sent me new mats for the back seats, I have already received then and they fit. and replaced the one for the driver's side. NOW these mats are worth every penny, good materials and they will elevate your car's appearance.6/4/23; The ones for the back seat do not fit at all. They do not answer to claims with problems, just ignore. and the one on the driver side is already tearing with less than 6 months of use.Don't buy!!!! Terrible customer service. Product is alright, but not worth it if it does not fit.

Customer Service issue has been fixed

Car mats looked amazing on arrival and was very happy with product. After 11 months the drivers side mat started to come apart. I emailed Manicci on the 28th of June about this issue and initially received good response times asking for more information which was promptly provided. However the responses then dwindled. As of today (7th of September) they have now apologised and said that they were having issues with new staff and the management of these complaints have now shifted to a new member of staff who has told me I will have replacement mats. The new management have been very forthcoming so far. Based on the new complaints managers attitude I have changed my review from a 1 star to a 4. They have restored enough faith in the company for me to manicci again in the future for car mats.

Very reliable company

Very reliable company. The product itself looks very nice; it is carefully made and fits perfectly. But more important than the product is that they are responsive. I received my mats damaged in the custom. I shared the pictures of the damage and the manager nicely replaced them. Highly recommended.
