Since my trust pilot review I was contacted by the customer service department at Manlykicks . They were professional and friendly and just needed confirmation of my prescription to make me a replacement pair. I thought no more about it, but to their credit they supplied a great pair of glasses to my prescription and specification with photochromic lenses.If only they could have achieved this the first time. They have proved that they can provide a quality service at a great price in comparison to the high street, but I think they are victims of their own success as they possibly cannot cope with the demand.
The overall shopping experience was excellent. The website was easy to browse, checkout was quick, and communication was clear. I received my glasses on time, and they fit perfectly. The progressive lenses feel so natural that I forget I’m even wearing them. A very positive experience from start to finish.
These bifocal glasses are excellent for everyday use. They’re comfortable, lightweight, and stylish enough to wear everywhere. I especially like how durable they feel without being heavy. Shipping took forever and then the glasses were delivered to the wrong address. Customer service was contacted to correct the issue but was told to contact the delivery service to reroute. Well if it has already been delivered they won't reroute it will they? Refuse to send a replacement. Totally unacceptable.
Delivery was fast and efficient. My package arrived earlier than expected, and the glasses were well-protected in the box. The clarity of the lenses is amazing, and the bifocal feature works perfectly for my needs. Shopping with Manlykicks was simple and enjoyable. I’m already planning to order another pair.
