Received much anticipated multifocal photochromic glasses. The reading portion ordered was 3.50. I wad shocked that the reading portion was completely blurry. Also, after leaving the classes in the sun for 20 minutes, the photochromic lenses were virtually clear. Yes, the glasses were only $26 ($32 with tax), they were completely unusable. I contacted manlykicks immediately and was advised that they would refund 30% of my payment, and that I could donate or dispose of the glasses as I desired. What? This response suggested to me that this was an illegitimate business. I contacted my credit card company to loge a complaint. Okay, they could have made a mistake - their response was shocking. 30% return for something I couldn't use. Okay, maybe a problem with fulfillment - they dismissed my request for resolving the poor quality. Run from these people. No need for a polite response from manlykicks - a full refund is all that makes sense. The cost is less an issue as the dismissal of their not living up to their promise.
I can’t say enough good things about these bifocal glasses. They’re stylish, practical, and so comfortable to wear. The clarity is excellent for both reading and distance vision. The shipping was fast and reliable, and the whole process felt very professional. I’m extremely happy with my purchase.
The frames are sleek and stylish, and the progressive lenses make life so much easier. I no longer have to switch between different pairs of glasses throughout the day. They’re comfortable to wear, and I barely notice them on my face. This was definitely a smart and worthwhile purchase.
Read Return Policy - They are not the same as a normal prescription. They don't work for me and they refuse to refund full amount. I have called and emailed and all they offer is 30%. Glasses are of no use to me so i'm out 70% of my purchase and I purchased 3.
The glasses are of poor quality. While the frame is perfect, the viewing experience is very complicated. For example, when using a laptop, the screen appears in a triangular position, which is uncomfortable. I have not used the glasses since receiving them and have had a negative experience.
Everything about my buying experience with Manlykicks went smoothly. I received regular updates regarding my transaction, the website was easy to use, and the purchasing process was straightforward. The packaging was superb, and the glasses arrived promptly. The actual product is of excellent quality and appears much more stunning in person than it does online.
I ordered my glasses on 6th Sept and even paid extra for “express” delivery.On 8th Sept, Evri confirmed they had my shipment — and since then? Nothing. Total silence.Then this morning, Manlykicks had the audacity to message me saying there was an “update” on my order. Surprise, surprise — there was no update at all. Just more smoke and mirrors.I’ve written to them, but honestly, I doubt I’ll ever get a straight answer, let alone my order. This company is starting to look like nothing more than con artists.
Ordered 25 August, 2025 and they still have not arrived! Order 162976. Your order is confirmed.I resent them having to ship out of China, since this is KNOWN to take a long time. They should warn you on the website about the long delivery times, just like Aliexpress. But nooo, they don't mention anything because a person would not order anything!Update: we are now officially ONE month later, and still no delivery.., and while they answered underneath, it's just blah-blah with no solution! In one other review, a Manlykicks cust serv rep had to answer that "We want to be very clear—we are not a scam company. We respond to every customer email..., blah, blah, but ANWERING IS NOT THE SAME AS OFFERING A SOLUTION!
