I order 3 pr of glasses. I waited a very very long time to get shipping info. Wait over a month and I received the email saying my package was delivered. There was NOTHING there, I immediately emailed them saying I did not receive my package. After back n forth was given a 30% refund. Horrible company NEVER do business with them again. Total scam !!!!!!!
It took forever to get my order and when the glasses finally arrived they weren’t the glasses I ordered. I sent an email back stating I wanted a refund or the glasses I ordered. I sent along my original confirmation receipt that showed what I had ordered along with a picture of what I received. I got a response saying sorry we can give you 30% refund and that I could personally sell the glasses I received to help make up the difference so i can order again. Like what? I’ve yet to find a resolve
Poor product, poor customer service. I had to email MANLYKICKS several times asking for a refund and return label. Finally, I received receive notification back that they would only refund me 70% of my money and to keep the glasses ( which I don’t want).
When I reached out to customer support with a quick question about frame materials, they replied very politely and within a few hours. That level of service really stood out. The glasses themselves are fantastic—sharp vision, comfortable fit, and a style that looks great in any setting.
