Ordered items advertised as linen for but received synthetic corduroy and cotton instead — completely different materials. Quality was poor and nothing like the website images.When I requested a refund, they initially offered only 10-20% or demanded I pay expensive return shipping to China. After threatening formal complaints and citing the UK Consumer Rights Act, they agreed to a full refund but still insisted I pay return shipping, which is illegal under UK law for mis-described goods.Avoid this company — the 85% one-star reviews are accurate. Save yourself the hassle.
I could kick my self for ordering off this website. After reading the reviews I’m not confident my order will ever arrive. Moral of the story, don’t order stuff from websites you don’t know, when you’ve had a beer!!!!That’s £54.99 down the pan☹️
I wish I'd read Trustpilot prior to purchasing what believed to be a genuine (cashmere)item. I'm now awaiting a refund from my bank.Don't waste your time or money on this crap. It is not quality and when you request a return/ refund they quibble with offering you 20% etc. Don't put yourself through the disappointment and stress and just avoid this 2bob business. By the way , if you see a Cashmere goat can you advise it to ditch the nylon!

Please have nothing to do with this despicable company. They don’t deserve to be in business.Regrettably, I have wasted emails back-and-forth. To no avail for me. The tactics are to simply wear the customer down so that you eventually are sick and tired of the whole situation. Please have nothing to do with them. Despite there being a return address in the UK and also they bank the money in Dublin , Ireland. But when wanting to have a refund which should be simple enough, . The address , and all courier costs which are down to the unsuspecting poor customer, that address to return the poor quality item to is in China.!!! …… of course . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

This product is not as advertised. £36 for a shirt that quite literally isn't fit for purpose. The sleeves would fit an oompah oompah and the quality of the material is very poor. Not gonna bother even thinking about returning it as nothing will happen. However might work to clean the car. Do not use this company. Unless you work for willy wonka and don't mind shabby rubbish. Also took 2 weeks for delivery. Steer clear folks
Would rate as zero but no choice to do so…. I ordered men’s coat and still hasn’t arrived. Emailed customer support and they assured me it was arriving shortly, I’m still waiting!!!! I’ve emailed them so many times now and not getting any reply. I’ve contacted my credit card company for help with this scam. Avoid this company, it’s a total SCAM!!!!! I’m furious, like anyone can afford to give money away😡
If it was possible to give 0 stars I would! Absolute joke! I ordered a top for my husband that ONLY took 5 weeks to arrive. It’s not the correct size and still has a security tag attached!!! Wouldn’t bother! I’ve done a charge back on my bank card because customer service is terrible. Avoid!
