Terrible rip off. Ordered boots, then read reviews, cancelled order within four hours , received AI reply. Cancelled again received reply that cancellations must be made within 24 hours. It had been only 4-5 hours.Goods sent out from Hong Kong, not London obviously when received , wrong size poor quality ,, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
This is a scam. They send you a different product (which is often low quality and not as advertised) and then reply with ‘you can return it at a cost of £25. They do not care and are unsympathetic to your requests for refund / exchange. They act oblivious to the fact they have sent the wrong item. I ordered a dark blue linen shirt and received a cheaply made light blue polyester shirt.Avoid buying from this company - they are based in Homg Kong and do not adhere to their own policies online.
An absolute joke of a company. I received a completely different item to what I ordered and after nearly two weeks of backwards and forwards emails, they are still refusing to take responsibility. Instead, they expect me to pay expensive shipping back to China just to get my own money back.Their responses are nothing but copy-and-paste templates, never once acknowledging their mistake. This isn’t customer service — it’s a scam tactic to wear customers down until they give up.I only wish I had read the other bad reviews before placing my order, as my experience has been exactly the same. Save yourself the stress and avoid this company at all costs.Not even worth a star if I am honest !
Why oh why did I not check Trustpilot when bying something from these scammers.Got the goods ok hence the 1 star and not zero but the jumper I received was of the worst quality.Tried to contact them in regards to how to return the item since there is an instruction but no address for returns. They replied once but with a request for me to send a photo of the item. No need to do that since it took 5 seconds to see this was a very poor quality item. The item is as it was when I received it and they for sure know they sell bad stuff. Delay tactics. Since they have not come back again despite repeated messages to them. Please please avoid this company. You live and learn heh…
