The product looked fine and matched what I expected from the pictures. However, the quality could be a bit better, and the delivery took slightly longer than I hoped. Customer service was polite but a little slow to respond. Overall, it was a decent experience but not particularly impressive.
Received two items one completely different from one ordered. Took ten days to arrive. Complained and received polite but unhelpful response after sending many e mails. Second item quality less than expected. Was informed that I would need to pay the fee to return even though wrong item sent. Never use this company again. Also they infer Marco-Marino London in their advertising.Have never had any issues returning items to clothing companies ever before.I’ll make claim through credit card company.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. The product quality is extremely poor—items arrived without labels, with visible stitching flaws, and overall substandard craftsmanship. However, the most frustrating aspect has been the customer service. Despite following their stated returns policy, the process has been unnecessarily difficult and obstructive. I’ve sent over ten emails and still haven’t received a resolution. This experience has been deeply disappointing from start to finish.
Was looking forward to receiving a plush, full length, hooded gents bathrobe, but, instead was sent, after a few weeks, a short, unrecognizable robe worth under a tenth of the money I paid! This is a Chinese company that preys on people's gullibility.
I would give zero star if I could.Very bad customer service.Like one other gentleman reviewed, I cancel the order as soon as I noticed it was from hongkong but would not let me . They send the item even though I cancelled the order.Do Not purchase from this company.The product received is TOTALLY different from the one ordered. Ordered a thick coat for winter and a thin coat for summer came.
This is a Chinese awful 😢 woman her name is Mia Klein. She is NOT Italian. She is using Italian sounding name Marco Marino to fool you and she’s selling RAGS not clothes. I bought a pair of shoes that were supposed to be leather but guess what I got PLASTIC with one black the other brown. The pair of trousers is like a cow vomit 🤮. When I asked for return she wanted to offer a discount. A very malicious woman, she doesn’t think about the bad things she has been doing to others.
