Awful experience. Basically stole my money. 1 item never arrived, 1 item wasn’t what I ordered. Avoided all my attempts to return and the email communication was dragged out over months until eventually I gave up. Based on my own experience I would save yourself the hassle. Do not buy from theses con artists.
I ordered trousers (“Caspian - Old Money Casual Linen Pants”) and a shirt that were advertised as linen. After waiting several weeks, the items finally arrived, and they were nothing like described:The trousers were corduroy, not linenThe shirt was cheap polyester, not linenThe quality is extremely poor, and the products do not match the pictures or descriptions on their website. This is false advertising and very misleading.Looking at other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who has had this experience. I have requested a refund and will be pursuing this with my bank as well.I strongly advise others to avoid this website.
I ordered from this company not knowing the item will come from china. The order took some time to arrive and when I finally received it the trouser doesn't fit and the quality was utterly appalling. I have ordered a UK size 36 and received a size 29. They didn't include a return label in the package, when I contacted them for a refund they told me as per their policy I have to pay for the International shipping but they've never mentioned such a thing on their website. The International shipping cost as much as the price of the trouser. This is a complete scam DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
If I could give them a negative score I would.Basically got swindled! Ordered some shoes that arrived late and were completely different and definitely not what I paid for.They dont respond to emails and expect to return the shoes at my cost.Avoid at all cost!
If I could give less of a rating I would! My shirt came and it’s completely horrendous. A supposed linen shirt, what a joke! The quality, no labels, came in what’s only a step up from a supermarket bag and on top of it all, it took about 3 weeks to come! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
Avoid avoid avoid!I ordered a watch they sent me a totally different watch asked for a refund they wouldn’t reply for a week even though they say they will reply within 24 hours. They said I need to send the product back to , I Asked where to and they haven’t replied to me in days again . They’ve stolen £85 for me , terrible place terrible customer service very poor quality products, false advertising total rubbish
