Do not be fooled by the branding, this is not “luxury Italian linen,” it’s cheap, low-quality Chinese polyester passed off as something premium. The item I received was nothing like the description or photos: the fabric was scratchy, the fit was comically small (classic of poorly-sized fast fashion imports), and the overall quality was shockingly bad.Customer service? Laughable. Clearly AI generated copy and paste responses that directly contradict their own website’s terms and conditions. Zero accountability, zero help.It’s an overpriced scam, plain and simple. Misleading advertising, trash quality, and a total waste of money. If you’re considering buying, don’t. Burn your cash instead, at least you’ll stay warm.

Ordered an item that was “shipped next…

Ordered an item that was “shipped next day” that was 3 weeks ago and I still don’t have the item.The parcel went missing, I asked them to cancel - they refused.I asked for a refund and not to send a replacement - they refused.They keep asking me to refer to their Terms and Conditions which are illegal and in breach online sales conditions, I have a claim in with my bank who has agreed they are in error. I have reached out to trading standards, the financial ombudsman and a legal team. Absolute shambles. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Trousers arrived and they are badly made, zip sewn in at an angle, black thread visible on cream trousers and waistband a different colour to the main fabric!! I emailed and asked for a return label as they were faulty. Their return policy say they cover returns in full for faulty goods. However I have been told I need to pay £25 to send back to China, they inspect trousers and if they agree they will then refund!! I’m not convinced that will happen and it will have cost me £75 in total.

This company stole my money.

I stupidly ordered a shirt from this company without checking the reviews. I cancelled the order two minutes later and they replied saying I would have a refund in 2-5 days. It’s been over a month and they will not reply to my emails and I have no refund and no shirt. They are thieves.

Keep well clear of this awful company, ordered a linen shirt and the worst possible polyester shirt eventually arrived. £30 down the drain.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.SCAM!! The worse quality products I have ever received in my lifetime. Ordered Large and received what looks like a Childs size piece of clothing. Ordered colour Brown and received Black! FAILThese mens shirts are a cheap plastic feeling polyester and not linen! Straight into the trash!

Would give a 0 star if possible - Don't buy from these scammers. Ordered some trousers, received a completely different pair. Asked for details to return for a refund, they said I would have to cover the cost of tracked shipping to china. I pointed out that Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise not as promised, the seller is responsible for covering the cost of return.Now having to pursue a chargeback with my bank
