I had an issue with the order I placed and wanted to return the item. Their was no phone number to contact anyone - nothing but a customer service email address. I was very skeptical at bestThat said, I reached out to their CS and surprisingly received a response the next day from an agent names Esther.Esther was delightful and extremely helpful and thorough. She was a pleasure to deal with and made my entire experience with Mars Hydro incredible. She facilitated the return, sent a return label and saw to it that I received my refund.She was GREAT!If you have any issues with anything you buy from Mars Hydro - they will back their products but more importantly they support their customers
I just bought my second marshydro light the TS 1000. Iam very happy with the first marshydro led full spectrum light panels I bought. My plants are 6 ft tall and iam about to flower them out starting Sept 1. I will switch to 12/12 from 16/8. Im going to flower them out September October and 2 weeks in November. I love marshydro
I am shocked by this experience. I paid extra for an add-on, and it was NOT delivered. I had the package sent to Austria to avoid customs fees, but now, due to your mistake, I would have to travel again and pay extra — which I refuse to do.I am not a new customer. I have spent hundreds of euros with this company on a LED grow light, a grow tent, and a full irrigation system. I trusted your service and quality — and now I receive an incomplete order after paying in full.If this is not resolved immediately by sending the missing add-on to my home in Switzerland or issuing a partial refund, I will update this review and post my experience across multiple public platforms and grower communities.Waiting for your urgent reply.
I've ordered multiple times and different things like lights (ts series, fc series and fc evo series) and tents in different sizes. And I always get my stuff fast and without any problems. There are always great sales. I've been to Mary Jane Berlin 2025 and got some of my tested. And one of then tested as what I've been told (it was also the last test of the convention for the stand I got it tested at) that it was the highest tested for the weekend at the convention. Some other stuff had also always high results.Marshydro is great for beginners or someone who knows what they are doing. I've always had great results.
