Purchased a Mars hydro two bucket DWC system..Air pump went bad reached out to customer service wasn't expecting much but after prompt communication and sending a short video, I thought I might be just getting a new pump but they replaced the whole system. Definitely more than I was expecting. Replacement system was at my house within a few daysThe process was easy customer service was friendly, prompt with responding and understanding..They truly do stand by their product
I recently ordered a new humidifier from mars hydro. They're website CLEARLY states that my order would be shipped on the 28th of march. I emailed them to double check that my order would definitely be shipped on the 28th of March and was told this: "To clarify, the pre-order information on our website accurately states that we are committed to shipping your order by March 28th. This date is in line with our initial estimate and is not a misrepresentation of our capabilities."On the 28th of March I had still not received any updates or a shipping confirmation, so i emailed them again and was met with an email saying that they are closed for the weekend. So, not only is there website providing completely false information, but their staff also blatantly lied to me about being "commited to shipping my order by the 28th of march" when they knew fully well that they wouldn't even be open on that day. So mars hydro, you were NOT committed to shipping my order by the 28th of march and the information on your website IS a misrepresentation of your capabilities. An accurate representation would be to say "we will take your money and lie to you about delivery dates". I've been a mars hydro customer for years and I've supported your company since you were founded in 2009, but this will be the last purchase I ever make with you. I have opened a paypal pursuit so hopefully i will be one of the lucky few that actually get their money back from these brazen con artists. Avoid this absolute joke of a company like the plague.
I reached out to mars hydro for advise on my purchase and I was walked and helped tru the whole process and advise .I could not be happier with my 2 lights as well as my closet and adiliights . I tried many brands and mars hydro is the best quality and performance I ever seen . Keep it up mars hydro and thank you for your support
Mushi was the person on the other end of my Emails and is an excellent part of your team! Great response times (must be in a different time zone because the replies were always around 3am my time so I got to wake up to replies), great communication skills, excellent customer service! I can't wait for their Blue AdLite to come out in February.
When we were looking to buy a grow tent, we checked them all out---and at the time the 3 x 3 smart tent just came out-++ so it was a no brainer! Mars Hydro products are awesome! The grow tent, fans, exhaust unit--- everything working fantastic and easy to "dial in"!! We bought a 4 x 4. Now we are just waiting for a Monster Grow Tent 🎪⛺! On the real, for the quality and price tag!! Please don't hesitate! Peace
