My experience with Mars Hydro has been very good, I bought a 5x5 grow tent, 2 fans, and a FCE-8000 grow light and they work wonderfully, I even had a problem with the light and the customer service helped me solve that problem in a very short time, nice company to be honest.
Overall product is Great! As a beginner grower I thought the process would be difficult. So from seedling until flowering the Mars Hydro product has been my first of choice among other competitors.The pricing and quality of the products are reasonable and I'm impressed. I also learned within my growing, that there can be the other competitors products one might have to use outside of Mars Hydro that is compatible with one another. So in all, the Mars Hydro experience with me has now launched me into the Mars Hydro DIY mode and I've purchased me a second set up, to grow more yield now. Patience, but Fun.
I had a problem with the inline Fan but we are able to find a solution. Support answers within hours or right the next day (except for weekends). Earlier I had a problem with the LED too even after warranty they send me the parts I needed to repair by myself. Tech guy will send you a video if you want to do it by urself. Using Mars hydro since 2020 and I will continue using.
Overall, it’s a great company. Products are great. They work very very well. The only thing is I think it’s a little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for and if you want great that’s what you’re paying for so yeah, there’s these guys are awesome.
