Review Time
I have a number of the Mars Hydro lights, mostly the TS3000 and a couple of the TSW2000. I recently had a problem with a TSW2000 that I bought over 3 years ago. The LED panel on one side of the fixture wouldn't light. I figured out that the LED panel was working but something in the electrical connection to the panel wasn't functional.I contacted Mars Hydro through email and got a response the next day. From the pictures I sent them, they agreed the problem was the power supply. I paid $15 for shipping, but they sent me a replacement power supply and the dimmer unit. I was told it would be a month to get the replacement power supply, but I got it in less than 2 weeks. Mars Hydro offers a 5-year warranty for many of their LED lights, and, in my experience, they stand behind their products. With the parts they sent to me, my light is now working. I'm a happy camper. In my opinion, a product, or warranty, is only as good as the company that stands behind it. Mars Hydro does support and stand behind their products.
Received my light super fast and well packaged with a giant pack of awesome stickers. Finished up my first grow with the light and it worked great. Solid compact nugs and a decent yield. I would totally stand behind any marshydro products it's all that I own. Will be buying more products soon. Thank you marshydro.
a nightmare. After some purchases from this company that had gone well, the purchase of their new AdLite product came. which was poorly described on their website, thanks to that I chose wrong. No further information was added in the confirmation email. and paaas 4 weeks when it arrived. The measurements are wrong, the only response was that they changed the description making it more visible, but I have had to pay the shipping costs for the product €38, and they are not responsible. It is because of a description error caused by the company I have lost €38 and on top of that they have made a mistake and have not made the payment to the card that made the purchase but to another one that I have blocked (that I used in previous purchases). Terrible after-sales service, they don't recognize their mistakes and you are the one who pays for their mistakes. I don't recommend it, Chinese technology at German prices. All devices are cheaper (with the same technology) in brands that manufacture and not brands that add the name and resell
I was an early adopter of the Reflector series of indoor led lights. It opened up possibilities for me that allowed me to save an enormous amount of money by growing at home, in a controlled environment, the medicinal plants that my wife and I use to treat severe chronic pain. You hear the phrase 'game-changer' thrown around a lot, well in this case, it isn't hyperbole. So now I'm looking for replacements and I'm going with the TS series in full confidence. Don't hesitate to contact them with any questions, they are super-friendly and helpful too.
