Maybank Review: 4 out of 5 stars for Asia experienceI've been using Maybank for a few years now, and I've had a generally positive experience. The mobile banking app is easy to use and has a wide range of features, including the ability to transfer money internationally, pay bills, and invest. Went to Maybank Jinjang Branch for replacement of my Debit Card.Please SMILE...SMILE & SMILE ya Maybank Staff esp at the Operation side ( Counter inside ).Waiting a bit long for link to my MAE acc after activated it...will hope for any staff to call me for enquiries even there are 2@3 counters with no cust.Many thanx to the lady of Counter 5 for approaching me & helping me.U did a great job!!!!

Poor customer service of Maybank.

Poor customer service of Maybank.My dad can’t understand the system , my dad ask for son’s help talk about deduction money at petrol pump . Still ask for dad a details that my dad also can’t understand and need my help for fill the details . Stupid ever customer service.

Maybank2u has the worst customer…

Maybank2u has the worst customer support service ever! The hotline is 24 hours, however, they never pick up any call. I have tried to on hold for almost 40 mins, nobody pick up the call. If you want to offer customer support service that ghosted your clients, why offer it at the first place? Such a waste of time and effort from clients who are looking for solutions/help from your end!!!

I was in Auckland when I got my Maybank…

I was in Auckland when I got my Maybank infinite Visa card cancelled to avoid unauthorised transaction. Maybank credit card customer service officer called me. A replacement card was quickly done and couriered to me at Auckland. As my Handphone had no global roaming facility, its staff had to call me many times until I could use the replacement card with a temporary PIN. Luckily Maybank credit card works on Apple Pay. So I can still freely use my Maybank card in Auckland. I was so impressed with Maybank credit card customer service staff. They were so efficient, extraordinary, friendly and helpful. Only Maybank credit card customer service will give this special service of calling its customers in overseas. They called Auckland and chatted with me at least six times until the replacement card was issued and activated.
