worst experience ever! The customer service put me on hold for more than 1 hour and still nobody picked up the line! My problem is cannot log in to Internet banking to see my credit card statement and not even via the Maybank App. The 1st customer service person I spoke to transferred the call because she could not answer technical questions. Terrible!!!
Maybank slammed a Rm 800 credit card fee and refused to waive it after 2 appeals. They insisted i spend RM 80,000 per year on the card and i was just a couple of thousand short as i was also using my other card from another bank. I was their customer for 40 plus years and held their card for that period of time. I then stopped using their card and close my accounts with them. Managed to get my family members to do the same. Useless bank. Loyalty means nothing to them. Flat refusal to waive my fee like they used to previously. Not even a polite letter of refusal. Anyway i have nothing to do with them anymore. There are so many other banks who welcome me.
Extremely disappointing. The statement comes out mid-month, but transactions have no receipts, making it impossible to file claims. I’ve never had issues with RHB, but with Maybank, I can’t even access previous statements, and customer service is unable to explain the issue or provide a resolution timeline. Unfortunately, I’ve decided to switch to another bank for official matters.
Poor Maybank2u secure2u detections recently. Recently it fails to detect the transaction to be approved for around 10 minutes or even worst it haywires for more than half an hour! Finally it messes my things to be done within the scheduled time not only once but more than that! 😡🤬
Had a great Maybank experience with Hanafi at the SS6 branch. I was there to help grandma open my daughters' first bank account - Yippie. Hanafi was so professional. Very patient, calm, knowledgeable & likeable. I hope this will reflect in his renumeration. Well done Hanafi! Edward Yoon
If i could give this 0 stars i would. Maybank2u is the worst f**king bank i have ever seen in my life. I would not trust my money in this bank. I have had first hand experience even trying to transfer money and failing multiple times.
