Review Time
Every time my credit card is up for renewal, they send it to an address I haven't lived at for years. Every time, I ask them to change it, but with no success. Last year, they outdid themselves. Again, they tried to deliver it to an address I don't live at anymore. Usually, after the delivery to the wrong address fails, I can request to pick up the card at my local branch, but even this was too much for them to handle. It took 16 calls to customer service and sending numerous documents via email just to receive a response asking me to zip the documents. After a long six months of back and forth, I still don't have the card. Bravo!
The wrost banking experience,in advance banking technology era still work like 1940, for small small things they need 14 - 30 days time,For me it's shocked to see for a small bank statement and account opening they make tired and annoying.
I use maybank2u.com.my as my main banking facility where I have my main bank accounts. It was one of my first few internet banking accounts which I kept until this day. The rest I have stopped using. The online system is very user friendly including its latest update on its user interface.The mobile version is easy to use as well and recently they added an eWallet version of the online banking called MAE. It allows you to not only have an eWallet for various transactions but also transfer between your other banking accounts.I like the fact that they are not idle just maintaining the system, but keep on innovating and improving it. It was a really bad experience i have with your dispute management team. I can never receive any feedback from your team other than the auto reply message. The most horrible is the case was submitted during last 12 Nov 2020. Even though i called your customer service team seeking for an update. They told me different replies. Some of them told me the processing day requiring 3 business days, some of them told me need up to 90days. Nevertheless, the case was submitted last year and I believe you have sufficient time to investigate the issue and update me on the case status. What i have been informed is customer service team don't have direct line to reach the dispute team, they're only contactable via email. If the dispute team don't reply back to customer service team, i will never get an update. I'm wonder is this the way you handle your customer cases? Without any responsible in resolving issue. I sincerely hope someone can saw this feedback and help on my case.
