My debit card was scammed

My debit card was scammed. When contact customer care she ask me to make a new card at the nearest Maybank.The officer at the bank inform me I don't have to pay for the new card. But the next day there was a Rm8 debit advice deducted from my acc. Now I was scammed by Maybank also.

Worst website and app

MAE app along with Maybank website is the worst banking application I have ever used. This is very embarassing to be called as the biggest bank in Malaysia. The MAE app does not allow certain transactions and MAE and Maybank website does not align properly. Always ask for password change when I 100% key in the correct password. I am so ashamed to use this bank and will withdraw all my personal banking, business banking and credit card with this bank. Please look into this issue seriously.

maybank? Worst experience ever as a foreigner

Seriously, the worst bank I ever used as a foreigner. 1. The app, notifications and customer support are very poorly localized in English.2. Most issues or services can only be done in person at a branch. So if you are overseas, you are stuck. Fintech much?3. Customer care gives out plain template responses. No matter how often do you repeat the email, asking for help and describing your issues. They are like robots. They won’t help you.4. They can’t provide adequate info on how much they will charge me (administrative fees).5. When I opened account, no one told me online purchases are available ONLY at 6 stores. So i left my money on account, went abroad and just got stuck.Worst experience EVER. Only stress.

This is about Maybank Indonesia, not Maybank Malaysia. I have been a Malaysia Maybank customer for twenty years when I first came to Asia to work as a Commercial Airline Pilot. The Maybank service in Malaysia is pretty good.Credit Card. I ordered a credit card maybe three months ago from a Maybank bank teller man in Gianyar Bali, and I still have not gotten any word on it because he refuses to assist me. It’s been an endless run around. He tells me to contact customer service, customer service tells me to send an email, and the email response is to contact the agent at my branch in Bali. He is the only person at the two branches who speaks English well enough to assist anyone. They now have 40,000,000.00 rp, as a 'Hold Amount' for a credit card that was never delivered and even the headquarters in Jakarta said 'We have no record of a Credit Card in your name. An endless run around from the head teller in Gianyar Bali to the customer service in Jakarta that don't speak English very well. Each one repeatedly referring me to the next one, over and over.Regarding my Debit Card ending, 4516. I am currently overseas and it took many, many telephone calls to Jakarta, three visits to the branch in Ubud and also Gianyar to get the card activated. It was finally activated for overseas use and after I got to Thailand it worked for a week or so, and now it has stopped again. I have called the customer service at the main branch in Jakarta at least fifteen times in the last week and it’s been a never-ending run around. Poor English skills, lack of interest and always ready to pass me off to the next person or simply hang up.My question to you is, do you want foreign customers, or is Maybank now only for Indonesian people?I can only feel racism during my recent experiences and am not sure you are aware of how white people are treated in Ubud and Gianyar Bali at Maybank. What happened to your bank?Also...I've read an awful lot of very short 5 star reviews on here about this company. I cannot believe they are real. Has Trustpilot really cleaned up their act?

Made it a point to keep us updated on the processes and necessary sign offs.Kudos to them especially when even local banks in sg response times is terribly sub par!Pls give them both 5 * ratings during their PE! POOR HOTLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE

i called due to there's a notification from MAE said that i've spend RM10.XX on 15 Nov, where i didn't. At first this customer service guy was okhe did helped me at the first place.till i told him i also saw this similar transaction on 4 NOVthen he started to be so rude where he said, IT'S YOUR OWN FAULTYOU APPROVED THE TRANSACTIONthen i asked him, if you say that i approved the transaction how about today's notificationhe replied IT'S JUST A CONFIRMATION NOTIFICATION and said, so we will still block your card and the replacement card cost RM50hello? do you really think i called just to cheat you for that RM10.49? and also 4th transaction, 15th confirm? 11 days? will anyone realized? i don't mind to be charged that RM60, but can you please talk nicely? and i serious didn't know the money i paid for this company is using another name? and 11 days ago, expecting everyone to remember every cent spend?
